Una estancia fantástica en el Hostal Santa María de Úbeda. Hemos estado fenomenal durante todo el fin de semana y la experiencia ha sido inmejorable.
La ubicación es excelente: en una zona muy tranquila, con posibilidad de aparcar en la calle y, al mismo tiempo, a escasos metros de los principales monumentos y lugares de interés del centro histórico de Úbeda. Una situación realmente privilegiada para disfrutar de la ciudad a pie.
La habitación era muy cómoda y acogedora, perfecta para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Además, queremos destacar especialmente la atención del personal, siempre muy atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.
Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable por su ubicación, comodidad, tranquilidad y, sobre todo, por la amabilidad de su personal. Si volvemos a Úbeda, repetiremos sin ninguna duda. ¡Una estancia de 10!
El colchón podría ser más firme.

The Hostal is clean and well looked after. The gentleman that booked us in was friendly. Our room was large and clean with good aircon which is needed during August in n Ubeda. The Hostal is very well located right beside the old town , it is a beautiful area. There is some parking right outside the hostal but if no space a 5 minute walk along the main road at the bottom of the street takes you to a large free public car park . If you want to visit Ubeda and be in the old part this is the ideal hostal .

전화로 직접 연락해야 하는게 조금 불편합니다. 세면대에 물이 뜨거운 물만 나오는 것 같습니다.

El propio edificio, hermoso, la habitación, grande y luminosa, lla ubicación insuperable y las instalaciones, modestas pero suficientes y bien cuidadas.
La mala gestión del check in. No te atienden personalmente, se concierta cita pero no es puntual y tampoco implantan un sistema de check in a distancia con código. Ni una cosa ni otra. Te sientes un poco abandonado. Tampoco los servicios de bienvenida en recepción tienen sentido si hay tetera pero no agua. Lástima porque un alojamiento que merecería un 5 sobre 5 se queda en 3 por estos fallos.
