We stayed in apartment 11, it was styled really nice, the location is great and lovely views on the water.
Our aircon didn’t work while we were there it wasn’t an issue because we were staying in the cooler months so didn’t really need it but would be uncomfortable if it was in summer. I did report it to management so they hopefully will have resolved the issue.

Nice apartment, great location, the amenities were nice.
There was no tea towel provided, whilst there were supplies for dish washing there was no cleaning spray, the crockery was frankly a mess, mismatched, not two similar glasses, and cutlery was flimsy (forks bent when being used) and insufficient for more than 4 people.

Loved the room and space we had it was amazing, good little views. would be back with the whole family. didn't see any staff but the one lady that helped me with the lock box may have been staff, she was lovely.
extra toilet paper that was in cupboard was mouldy.
the second night of our stay I think there may have been new people next door, they wrote a nasty letter and popped in under our door about slamming doors? we had not slammed anything we weren't even there all day, but it was very rude and not needed when on a holiday.
