Best mattresses we’ve been on this trip. Good pillows also. And…a one K walk to one of the most gorgeous beaches we’ve been to. Had supper and drinks at the seaside shack, watching the sun go down. Nice swimming area, with another beach on the other aside of the peninsula.
Breakfast was fine, just didn’t have the ability to make toast, and no eggs or hot sausage like other places we’ve stayed…not a deal breaker.

Satisfactory room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly host. Parking out front.
A little away from the heart of Rovinj. Fortunately there was plenty of parking in town.

It is a nice B&B, no more, no less.
Breakfast was correct but no more than that.
The room was less clean that is should. The comfort is just right.
The lady in charge was very nice and helpful.
Not to blame the place, but I cannot understand the ratings other guests have given it. Not even in its own category I would ever rate it above a decent 6/10.
