Pleasant but disappointed with cleaning standards

We stayed in double room the view was fine facing the road. The breakfast was OK could have improved a little more. The bed was fine. Location and parking space was fine. Mr Salman was helpful in guiding us where to go next day.

We had late check in and the room we got had mosquitoes they asked us to change room. Which we glady did then when it was time to hit the bed., we notice hairs on the bedsheets the room was not clean as it had two empty bottles in trash which was not removed. We had to ask the reception to change the entire sheets and pillow case. It was disappointing to see long brown hairs on the sheets which was unexpected and top of that the ac was not cooling enough.. We had a hard time to sleep. Since we checked in by 1 am and by the time all this mishaps happened it took 2 hrs to even rest. We finally had to bear the not cooling ac because of the time n were tired. It's a reputed hotel world wide. I am disappointed in the cleaning department. The house keeping needs to keep up in order to improve the standards.

All in all very bad staff and management, because even the manager asked me to pay 100 DH for a towel they made dirty, t

I didn’t like anything it has very bad staff. The cleaners and helpers are very rude and the place is dirty.

I didn’t like the bathrooms which was over flooded with water and when they clean it they blame the client about their dirty bathrooms. They try to blame their client about the dirty place and charge the client extra for a dirty towel that they made dirty. They made me miss my train and lost me a lot of money and time. I request a compensation of 750 DH for what they have done and an apology for their dirty and disrespectful service.

The location was a short walk from the beach, train station, main street, and restaurants Chaimae was an excellent receptionist, and she was working hard and alone while there was a very long line of guests trying to check in - I only stayed because of her support

On check in around 5 pm, there was a long line of guests, but only one person handling the check in, even though there was a second woman sitting there not helping, and the second woman kept getting up and leaving I wrote a message online to the property that: "Many guests checking in - only one person on counter - more than a couple of hours to check in after a very long day of traveling" Within minutes of sending my message, the second woman returned and starting asking for my name loudly in front of all the guests, i raised my arm, and in a very loud voice she asked me if I sent a message to the property, and i responded yes. Then she got louder and said that there is no issue with the delay and that it is normal. I asked her if it is normal to have 2 receptionists on the counter, but only one of them working? She proceeded to get louder and insisting that it is normal. I told her to check my passport, as I have stayed at many hotels and countries, and it is not right for only one receptionist to be working while there is such a long line. It just got worse and more awkward. I took my passport back, and stepped out of line after waiting more than 2 hours, and requested the manager. Her tone became soft, and she asked why? I asked if her behaviour was acceptable? And she said no. I asked to speak to the manager. She went into the office, and returned, saying he was busy and would not come. I spent another 30 minutes waiting for him. He refused to come out. Then she said I could check in or leave the hotel. By this time it was already after 8 pm, so I had wasted 3 hours. I told her I could not leave because booking already locked the amount on my credit card, and any cancellation would be absorbed by me, and there were no other hotels available at this time. It was by far one of the very worst experiences I had, similar to my stay in Antalya.

We paid more than what is in booking and it’s not about the change, it’s not the sane amount in euros. Also the girl in the reception was not helpful

nice breakfast selection really good location 24h front desk was very useful, helped with our late check in.

could’ve replaced the water bottles in the rooms and put a mini fridge in there. providing more than one shower towel.

The room was very comfortable, the bed extremely soft, everything works just fine. This was a good hotel to stay in.

The location is just off of the corniche, and it was very comfortable, easy to get to and a good staff.

breakfast could use a little improvement.

The bed is super comfortable.

When we got there, the staff completely ignored us for 40 minutes while they ate. We know it's Ramadan so we tried to be patient and wait respectfully, but they didn't even say hello even though they saw us there. I asked if maybe they could at least give us a tea while we wait, and they just gave me a dirty look. Then (even though the hotel was virtually empty) they gave us a room that already had a person in it, so we had to bring our luggage all back down to get a different room. After 2 days, the staff is still basically ignoring us.

Very good

Room clean and bed comfortable, shower spacious. Breakfast was OK , very tasty wholemeal rolls, coffee with milk wasnt option on coffee machine but we were offered milk brought from kitchen by staff.

On description says hairdryer but wasnt in the room When asked staff on reception they said ” yes, it says on description but its not available”

Good location, near the train station. Staff are nice and they try to do their best to help.

The bed isn't comfortable because it sinks down. Also the AC is set to heat only and that makes the room too warm. In general the hotel facilities need a lot of improvement so they can deserve the prices they ask for. Until then it's overpriced!

Wi-Fi doesnt work in the rooms. the AC didnt work so I went to the reception and they informed it doesnt work anymore. do not correspond at all with the anounce.

Comfortable hotel, car park, swimming pool, bar, and The staff are the kindest you will ever meet, just be nice and they will treat you 10× in kindness!

The fire alarm went off at 5am because some idiot was smoking in his room

Disappointing

It is nearest of beach and TGV gare. There are some cool restaurants around the hotel, the beach and the place looks like safe!

The bedroom was a little bit not clean, the bed was terrible and the smell of curtains are bad.
