The property was modern and well maintained. Staff cleaned the rooms and the rest of the facility everyday. They go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Madiha was very helpful and provided great customer service. Would definitely recommend you book Occidental for your next stay.
There is a mini theme park next to the hotel. However, there’s no local shops nearby and it’s about 5/7 minutes drive from the main centre. Taxis are available.

I regularly come to this hotel if you are alone it is fine for 2 the room is small. The lady who works in the morning is very unfriendly. If you ask something the answer is standard no I was at the hotel at 14:30 but I have to wait until 15:00 then I could check in. She never greets her she knows that I regularly come to the hotel last time it was the same other colleagues are very nice and friendly!
