The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous at all times always ready to help when needed.

The level 1 rooms when walking down the isle slope could be slippery if you had flip flops on

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below the standard I have come to expect. The room I was checked into had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. I opened the windows, and the hotel staff came in and used air freshener, which helped somewhat. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize at the time that the pillows and beddings also had a strong smoke smell. By the next morning, I had developed a bad headache. I requested that all the bedding be changed, and thankfully, that resolved the issue. The experience with the restaurant was also disappointing. For the first three nights, I went downstairs to order dinner and asked for it to be delivered to my room. On the first two nights, I ordered the exact same items from the menu and paid the room delivery fee. Interestingly, when the food was delivered, the total bill was higher than the listed menu prices on both occasions, and the two bills were not even the same amount despite ordering the same items. I raised the issue with the restaurant staff on the third day. Unfortunately, I did not receive a valid explanation, an apology, or a refund. The supervisor told me that the F&B manager would get back to me, but by the time I checked out, I had still not heard anything. After the third day, I chose not to order dinner from the restaurant again. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I have generally been comfortable staying here, but this visit did not feel as welcoming or well handled as my previous stays. Based on this experience, I would have to think twice about staying here again. I do not believe a guest should have to discover and address these types of issues after checking into a hotel room and using the hotel's restaurant.
