the location is incredible, very private and isolated. the boat trip to get there is very enjoyable and the staff were friendly and professional throughout

The food is poor and leaves a lot to be imagined e.g. we were served frozen food. This needs to be improved for the price paid. In comparison to the rest of the experience and staff which were excellent this let’s the place down.

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The excursions are very special and the Discovery & Fossil Canyon hike is a must-do when you are in El Calafate. A special thanks to the reception staff and our guides. Hasta la proxima !!!

The transfer service to and from Puerta Bandera is outsourced and not in tune with the excellent service at the lodge.

Loved the hotel, the staff and the place. What an incredible experience all around! Wish we could stay longer. Thank you for everything!

The website seems to suggest that the guests can drive 4*4 and fly fish, but the first is not allowed in the national park, and the latter is with special permits only! So we were a little disappointed that we weren't be able to try fly fishing, but the trekking and the horseback riding experiences were incredible, and we enjoyed the place very much.
