The appartement has potential
Overpriced. It's difficult to evaluate places in El Chalten. Everything is overpriced. We have cheaper accommodation with breakfast in a top Buenos Aires Location.
I've been coming to El Chalten for 20 years. Now prices of everything are a reason not to return.
Given the revenue, the fixtures, fittings, and plumbing all should be better maintained. The shower lever falls off. Drains stink terribly. Kitchen separation ( bricks) unstable.
The property had one fewer bed than advertised
