A warm welcome. Marko came out to meet me .following a train strike he kept the booking open and immediately eased communication issues by sending me a message on whatsapp.
Another family member also introduced herself and exchanged a warm greeting .The hotel is in a peaceful part of the town.with a heavenly tranquil courtyard nearby. Restauraunts,the beach/ferry are nearby
These were not on the owners paygrade to alter as it was the fact of poor phone signal at times but i was quickly given a wifi code which is perfect.

Ideal location, Marco is extremely helpful, however the room doesn’t get any sunlight.
Slightly over priced however I believe all of Levanto is.
