It was just a few minutes walk from the train station in a sweet neighborhood.
There were only plastic water cups for the coffee maker, but my husband found coffee cups in the cabinet in the hallway so it was fine.

La situation géographique (proche de la gare pour accéder rapidement aux 5 terres) et le prix.
Escalier menant à l'étage dangereux pour des enfants en bas âge. Peu de place au rez-de-chaussée pour poser les valises.

La posizione è strategica, perfetta sia per raggiungere il mare sia per la stazione. Molto apprezzata e comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto grazie al pass fornito dalla struttura. L'accoglienza è stata davvero ottima e calorosa.
Un piccolo appunto che riguarda esclusivamente il servizio di pulizia e non la gestione dei proprietari: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato nel portarotolo da parete un rotolo di carta igienica quasi finito (C’era per fortuna anche uno nuovo sulla mensola dello specchio ma per igiene sarebbe stato carino trovarli entrambi nuovi ) . Un asciugamano sporco piegato sul letto (nelle foto non è visibile perché appunto era piegato e me ne sono accorta solo dopo, quando l'ho aperto per lavarmi le mani ) . Piccole disattenzioni dovute probabilmente alla fretta, ma che vale la pena segnalare per migliorare.

The host was lovely and super responsive. We loved Levanto, the beach (about 10 min away), and it's proximity to the train station (5 min away). It was nice to be 5 min from Conad supermarket too. The wifi worked great for us also. We preferred the Levanto beach over any beaches in Cinque Terre, and ended up spending 2 days (out of 4) at the beach!
The air conditioning could not keep up with the August heat. There was no AC in the lower level (kitchen, bathroom, etc) and it took days for the air conditioner to get down to 26*C. There were no bowls, plates or cutlery, which would have been nice for eating in, but we learned this is a rooming house, and not an apartment. The beds were futons, and the bedframes could be felt through the mattresses, so we didn't sleep the greatest.
