It's a very nice villa, with a stunning view and a great piscine. We loved it.

The staff are very welcoming and responsive, we had some car trouble and they kept in touch and accommodated our needs. The villa is peaceful, breakfasts great and the pool area very relaxing.
The villas are on the edge of Incisa, so it is a easy 10-15 walk down to a local supermarket, ice cream shop and pizza take out. The train station is about a 20 minute walk away.

Nice location! Big room
As soon as I walked into the room I was hit with the smell of cigarettes the entire stay. My entire room reeked of cigarette smell. One of the most uncomfortable things when traveling, and trying to get a good nights sleep, is your hotel stained of the smell of cigarette smoke.
