Very well located and big rooms.
It would be nice if there was a bit more water pressure when taking a shower. Not a really big issue.

This place was absolutely beautiful I only got to stay one night but got to see so much in Florence absolutely loved the stay, the pool, and the restaurant and the property grounds are beautiful as well and the bathtub was amazing

It was a magical property displaying the very best of Firenze art and antiques. Magnificent gardens.

The staff were really friendly and the pool was nice and clean.
The bed was not particularly comfortable, and there was noisy construction taking place which could clearly be heard from the pool. We were not informed about this before our stay, which was frustrating.
The hotel shuttle into Florence also stops at 7:30pm, making it essentially useless for evenings, and we were surprised to find that the shuttle is chargeable, as this was not made clear when booking. As a result, we ended up spending a fortune on taxis. Overall, we expected more given the price of the hotel.
