Immaculately clean very large room and convenient for shopping in Florence. Beware of public transport given that no cash is taken on buses. If you tap your card you can only buy 1 ticket with that card. Failure to have a ticket results in a hefty fine by ticket inspectors who show no compassion for tourists.
Only a small thing. No toiletries are supplied, shower gel etc.

Astonishing “villa” with garden, in optimal location well served by public transport (bus) to get to the city centre (20 minutes) and stadium (15 minutes by walking). Excellent staff, kind, respectful and professional with warm hospitality.

We liked the room, it was comfortable and big. As well we liked the breakfast and the host was very polite and kind
We liked all, the location is not really in the Centre. Is near (3-4km) , the only issue if we can say it was the bus 7 which circulates a little hard ( specially in the night ) but it has nothing to do with the location and how we felt
