Lovely double room with 2 nice bathrooms, 2 huge pools to enjoy with plenty of sunbeds. Lovely views over the Tuscan hills, close to Firenze, close to the airport and motorway. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Kids enjoyed the kids farm and bubbles in the pool.
The restaurant on sight is good.
The AC in the room is very noisy, means you can't keep it on at night. Miss a private terrace.
I don't like that you can get a daypass for the pool in high season, you pay for a nice hotel with its amenities, without the daypasses it was nice and quiet, with the daypasses it became noisy and crowded.
The wines are bit more expensive than usual in Tuscany, which is fine for a hotel, but please put them in a wine cooler and arrange proper crystal wine glasses then to add to the experience.
There is a bar at the pool, I think they would sell a lot more with service at the sunbeds.

Not sure we got the right room. Description said we’d get a view? We had a window that was almost above shoulder height. Looked like black mold on the wall in two areas, by the bathroom and by the a/c. The wait staff is almost all roughly 20 years old . We did have a very informed wine adult go over the wine menu.
