My wife and I stayed at Resort 37 (N37) in early October 2026, and it was a lovely experience from start to finish.
The hotel sits in the hills, surrounded by nature, in a peaceful, pastoral setting. It is quiet and calm, with beautiful views and fresh air, and is the kind of place where you really can switch off. It is also a convenient base for exploring Tuscany, with Florence about a 30-minute drive away.
The staff were exceptionally kind and genuinely service-oriented. They know how to look after their guests and were helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was spotless, and the whole property felt clean and well maintained.
An unexpected highlight was the on-site restaurant, Ristorante Al Pruno, where a chef prepares a high-quality, impressive menu. As far as we could tell, it operates mainly on weekends or by advance reservation, so it is worth booking ahead.
Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing, scenic escape with excellent hospitality and great food.
A few things to keep in mind: The hotel is in a remote, hilly location, so a car or taxi is essential, as there is no convenient public transport. The last stretch of the approach is a Unpaved road, so take it slowly. We also found that there is no sign with the hotel’s name at the turn-off from the main road in town, so it is easy to miss the entrance. Make sure to follow your navigation carefully, and consider saving the exact address in advance. These are minor points, though, and did not take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.

Super clean. Well maintained. Outstanding view.
My only recommendation is to have the gravel road paved beginning at the hotel sign. I understand it would be costly to have this road paved all the way to and from the main road below but extending the concrete road further than it is would make for a less clunky driving experience.
