Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent hotel facilities - good restaurant and coffee shop and a small shop for essentials. Pool, gym and spa at
extra cost. Good location within short taxi drive to city centre (Bolt and Uber very cheap). Lots of places to sit and relax. Excellent wifi and internet access. Fridge in room. Shower with constant hot water.

It had its charm, but a bit dated. Did not use much of the amenities as we were there only to be picked up to start our safari and move on.
The room was dark, walls were bubbled, it was simply a hotel that needs a face-lift and some TLC.
