Staff were extremely helpful when we had to manage the fact that our luggage had not arrived with our flight. We were able to leave instructions for the bags, once delivered, to be stored until our return from our trip to Mount Kenya. The room was comfortable and the location was reasonably convenient for the airport and Nairobi centre. Lovely pool.
The breakfast was rather average for the price. The hotel was undergoing renovation and consequently there was a little too much noise of drilling through the day.

The staff at the front door were very friendly and helpful. the shuttle driver was very hospitable too. there were many food choices for breakfast.
First night we had to transfer because of the noise from the bar. We even had an angry guest relations manager sternly calling our attention for not answering the door when he came to show us the new room. Apparently, the doorbell was not working at all! Second night, we transferred again this time because the air conditioning unit was not working. To make up for all the inconveniences, we got an upgrade to a better room at a higher floor which we appreciated. The irate manager was also friendlier this time. The road construction in the area made navigation a bit more challenging.
