Friendly and helpful staff. Food quality was very good at breakfast and throughout the day. Evening meals were always freshly prepared and delicious, for very reasonable prices. Security was very good also. Good location for the convention centre and markets. Rooms were large, very clean and comfortable if rather old fashioned. Really enjoyed it all.
Nothing really. Food and drink service could be slow in the evening but it was good when it arrived. This is not a fancy tourist hotel but a comfortable local one with great prices and lovely staff.

There was no hot water in the morning, probably because everyone was using it. So, you have to increase your boiler capacity. Everything else is ok
