The hotel was great value for money and the staff were extremely helpful. Note the hotel is located in a complex with shops below and minimal parking and CBD is quite a busy area so keep that in mind however the actual hotel was great.
I found out after it probably wasn’t the most ideal location but I didn’t personally have any issues but worth considering.

The staff here were amazing! They frequently went above and beyond to help us and take care of us. The location is great if you want to be downtown. You can't get more downtown than this. There's a supermarket right across the street. The restaurant was great and the staff there were wonderful too. The food was delicious and always huge portions. The views from the rooms were great too. The hotel felt safe and the staff took care of our luggage while we were on safaris.
Every room was different (we had 4 different rooms, as we stayed there on and off over 2 weeks between tours). One room only had cold water. Most had no air-conditioning, but one had a free-standing unit. One had a bar fridge, but it was never really cold. The others didn't. Because the hotel is on the top 4 floors of a public building, the two elevators are shared with many other businesses and frequently take time to get to your floor. Being downtown, the streets are very noisy, especially in the late evenings. You have to keep your windows open for fresh air and to stay cool, but there sounds of Nairobi equates to constant bus horns. There are often homeless people and beggars in the streets outside, so be aware of that when travelling in the downtown area.
