Comoda alla città e soprattuto all’autostrada (letteralmente 2 minuti dal casello di Orvieto).
Colazione ben assortita, personale molto cordiale.
Camera pulita e spaziosa per essere una doppia ad uso singolo
Rivedrei un po l’insonorizzazione della stanza se fosse possibile. Non tanto per l’alta velocità che passava lì di fianco (di certo la proprietà non può farci nulla) ma più che altro per i rumori dalle altre stanze. Si sentivano molto tv e discorsi degli ospiti.

Property was clean and easy to access
A few things that can be improved. The property is a bit run down, specifically the bathrooms. The beds are super hard and the pillows very thin. Breakfast was okeish, nothing special. I feel this place is targeting workers that are traveling and need a quick place to stay but not if you are on vacation and want a nicer looking place at the same price.
