The hotel could not have been more central. Surrounded by restaurants and sites. Staff were really friendly and managed to arrange the same room when we extended our stay so we didn't have to move rooms. We never made it to breakfast so cannot talk about that. The room was very spacious and the third bed was great to store our suitcases.
The only thing I would improve is the shower. While the shower cubicle was spacious, the actual shower was oddly positioned so that the flow of water was not ideal for washing and the shower head kept sliding down.

Location near to the cable car and fortress was perfect. Staff was also attentive and friendly. Photo is sunrise nearby the hotel, towards the fortress. Family loved Orvieto and the cute hotel.
Somehow air conditioning stopped in the morning and was hot. We checked out anyway so not a big problem.
