Friendly staff. We arrived 4 hours before check in but the room was ready, so they gave it to us.
The pools are beautiful, deep and clean
Our room was huge, much bigger than the pictures.
My husband had two breakfasts.
There are chic cafes a few minutes walk from the hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay overall and ended up extending my visit longer than planned, which says a lot in itself. The team were excellent — genuinely warm, accommodating, and always helpful. I was given a lovely room that was spacious, comfortable, and very relaxing. The hotel itself is beautiful and has great potential.
That said, it does appear the property is currently undergoing renovations. Some areas were covered in plastic and there was occasional daytime noise, which slightly affected the atmosphere. Nothing unbearable, but worth noting for light sleepers or those planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel during the day.
The pool and sauna facilities were good and a highlight.
Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown. The selection was exactly the same each day and felt quite average. I also noticed late at night that several breakfast items were already laid out, which made me question how fresh everything was in the morning.
Despite this, the staff truly made the stay enjoyable — especially one lovely lady on the team whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. Their hospitality really made the difference.
I’d absolutely consider coming back once the renovations are complete, as the hotel clearly has strong foundations and a great team behind it.
