Ideally located in an excellent part of the city, in Shota Rustaveli Avenue. Nice rooms, we got upgraded to a room with balcony. The staff are extremely helpful and kind.

Is so close to the center and also you have a lot of restaurants / caffe’s near. To not forget about the stuff. They are so polite.

We loved everything about our stay at the hotel, starting with the airport pick-up, which was organized by the hotel. The check-in was then very smooth and quick, with a very helpful and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in an area full of good cafés and restaurants where you can enjoy local food and drinks. It is a little far from the nearest metro station, but if you decide to walk, it is a pleasant route even on a hot day, with plenty of trees along the way. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, both inside and out. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and well-designed, functional bathrooms. Everything is spotlessly clean, and water and coffee are replenished daily. Although the hotel is close to a busy road, the soundproofing is excellent, and we did not hear any traffic noise at night. The air-conditioning system is also very quiet, efficient, and well positioned. The facilities — pool, sauna, steam room, and gym — are not very large, but they have everything you need and are very well maintained. After a busy day, it was wonderful to be able to relax in the sauna or steam room and then enjoy a good night's sleep. Breakfast offers a great selection, including plenty of local choices such as fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, and sweets. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty. And finally, the staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient, often going beyond what would normally be expected. For example, they kindly opened the spa area for us outside its official working hours. I would particularly like to mention Asad, who was exceptionally welcoming and proactive throughout our stay. There were several thoughtful touches from him, such as complimentary local fruit delivered to our room. Even after check-out, he took the initiative to arrange our transportation to the train station, despite the fact that we hadn't specifically asked for it.

I stayed three nights at Moderno in August 2026. If you're coming from the airport, the hotel is ideally situated just a 15-minute taxi drive, yet is still centrally located that you can get to other sights via taxi or via the metro--about a 15-minute walk. But Moderno's strength is in its service. Asad, who I think is the manager, is very helpful. When I arrived back at the hotel one night around 10pm, he offered to have some mint tea sent up to my room so I would "sleep better." All the staff are friendly, professional, and and very willing to help with whatever guests need. The rooms are very spacious and have comfortable beds and nice showers. If I return to Tashkent, I will stay again at Moderno without hesitation.
