We loved everything, from the warm welcome to the very traditional rooms. Everything was what we are expecting for a Ryokan but with a luxury feel.
The baths were amazing, both private and public onsens. The staff was also very attentive to details.
We highly recommend and would love to come back one day !

Service was excellent, food was amazing, onsen facilities was relaxing. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The area around is scenic.

The staff are friendly and courteous, and the service is very considerate and thoughtful, the room is clean and has a private hot spring, breakfast and dinner are adequate and delicious
