The biggest advantage of this apartment is definitely its location, right in the city center. The apartment was a decent size, the baby cot we requested was provided, and the lockers were convenient.
There were several downsides that affected our overall experience. Before arrival, we received an excessive number of messages asking us to complete an online check-in questionnaire that required a lot of personal information. The process felt unnecessarily complicated and like we were being asked to do work that should be handled by the property.
The apartment is also poorly soundproofed, with considerable noise from the street at night and from neighboring apartments.
The cleanliness could also be improved.
The elevator was another concern, as it got stuck twice during our stay.
Unfortunately, the customer service was particularly disappointing. Although the communication initially seemed friendly, even very simple requests were not accommodated. Despite our five-night stay, only a single small bar of soap was provided. Unfortunately, our requests for additional soap and other basic toiletries were declined, reflecting a disappointing lack of attention to guests’ basic needs. These were small, reasonable requests that could easily have been addressed.
The apartment is acceptable for a short stay of one or two nights. However, I would not recommend it for longer stays. The sheets were not changed during our five-night stay, and if you want cleaning an additional €50 cleaning fee is charged.

Location: close to main attractions. You can walk your way all around main tourist sites.
Staff: Sara was very polite and very helpful at all times.
Confort: not so good. I booked for 4 ando had no walls between the two beds. The beds were old and noisy. My unit was on the 6th floor and I had to be aware not to hit my head on the ceiling sometimes. The shower could not provide hot water for 4 takings showers on a row. The elevator is too old and was out of service one of the days, so I had to carry luggage down the stairs.
Presentation: the entrance hall needs urgent refurbishing inside, it’s much too old and looks like an entrance to the subway. I also found a roach 🪳 on the floor.
