This is a very well organised and likeable guest house. It's very traditional in all the best ways, the attention to your welfare and detail to the provision is excellent.
Well located and super friendly hosts.
After 35 plus years in the holiday park business, I know a thing or two about the hard work needed to provide such a service.

Katarina and Graham ( also coco & dave ) were amazing hosts. Felt comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. The whole b&b was clean and lovely and felt like home away from home. The room was perfect, plenty of space and storage for our belongings. It was clean and tidy and everything was provided. Breakfast was fresh cooked when you sat down and was lovely. Both Katarina and Graham were always happy to have a chat and a laugh. My teenage son even wants to go back and said its the best place he has stayed on holiday!! ( even though he isn't a right handed guitarist 😂). We will definitely be back and will always recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Paignton. It's perfect distance from the high street and beach so easy to get to but away from the noise ( except the seagulls). Thanks for a lovely stay.
