Friendly staff, lovely seaside view.
The view over our original bedroom was dreadful, looking at the huge air vent from the kitchen.
The noise started at 16:00 and was to go on untill 20:00!!!
Luckerly there was a free bedroom, and we had
no issues with changing g rooms.

Lovely hotel ,clean room,excellent value for money ,will stay again
Breakfast very nice and a good choice .I enjoyed the evening meal,although I wasn't sure about salad with gravy ,I enjoy both but on the same plate,it was certainly different

Could be tricky for wheelchair or struggling with stairs. Even though lift yo floors, still stairs to navigate. We were able but mention assistance when booking if needed.

Good location on seafront
A few areas could of been cleaned better. Sausages not cooked all the way through.
