Easy access stayed on the ground floor which was good as just had operation.
Lovely rear garden area so you can relax in the evening.
Couldn’t find anything to not like as it’s well laid out.

I would happily recommend Amber House for anyone staying in Paignton. My room was excellent, clean and had all of the expected facilities. The garden was a nice place to sit after being out for the day and to enjoy a drink from the honesty bar. The breakfasts are all very good and cooked freshly each morning. The owners run the hotel, cook the breakfasts and are always available for a friendly chat or advice on the area.

Everyone at Amber House was so welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were wonderful with such a variety of fresh ingredients and choice.
My room was very comfortable and with a lovely shower.
The location was central to all the attractions with a beautiful sunny garden.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend Amber House to family and friends.
I wish I could have stayed longer.
