Superb friendly owners, who were brilliant to have a chat with, the hotel is located just by the sea front, and only a few streets away from the train station, a lovely park also by the hotel for a walk in the morning and evening.
The rooms are large and comfortable, free WiFi which is always a bonus.
Facilities are superb, can't recommend highly enough.
Nothing, it was all superb..
If I had to pick at anything and it's not their fault, coaches were parked outside the hotel and my room and they started their engines up at 7am, but that's not the hotels issue.

Steve and Lyn are very nice hosts and helpful. He gave some local attractions details which was very useful for our visit.

The room was clean and presented well.
We thought we booked Bed and Breakfast but instead we had only book Bed. The website suggested breakfast was included. This needs to be made more clear.
The double bed in the family room was not very comfortable. The mattress needed to be renewed.
