Exceptionally well presented apartment very clean throughout
Absolutely nothing, this is a gem of a property. Ideal location for Paignton. Close to the beach and opposite a lovely park

Beautiful hotel. Clean, fresh, modern and quirky. Great location, right near the park and water park. Loved it and looking forward to going back again.
Not having any communication with the owners was a bit strange and more like an air bnb, but it worked well. Maybe a card in the room from them just to say welcome would make it feel more personable?

Location. Comfy beds . Plenty of storage space for clothes. Lovey shower room .and parking space .and host sorted out any problems really quickly . All in all we had a really lovely time here & would book again .
It is a basement so it can be dark without putting the lights on but suited us as it was so hot the rooms were really cool so we were able to sleep . When we arrived the first thing I saw was a nasty stain on the sofa which was very off putting so I wouldn't sit on the sofa at all not knowing what the stain was. i did inform the host & he said they knew about it . but i really think it needed to be deeped cleaned before any guests arrived. Plus we did have a problem with another apartment parking in the space right outside the bedroom window but was quickly sorted by James .

Location. Clean.
Appreciate the weather is out of your control but we had one window which barely opened for safety reasons and for this reason the room was so warm and uncomfortable. The cooling device did nothing.
If this weather is to stay it might be useful to invest in windows where safe opening works for this room!
