Sam (and her daughter) was so friendly and accommodating - her attention to detail was much appreciated as was the gluten free breakfast. Location was fantastic and very quiet.. Plenty of free parking..Lovely view of the pier and sea from our room.
Only a double bed when there was easily space for a king-size!

we really enjoyed our stay at b,s guesthouse,we were in a prime position ,we were in walking distance of goodrington beach and aquapark,and roundham which has beautiful views across the bay,also within walking distance of paignton harbour which you could see from our room,where there is also a lovely chinese takeaway and a couple of restaurants,and a short walk to paignton town from harbour,plenty of places to visit, our room was lovely and comfortable and spotlessly clean,also every morning there was a lovely selection of breakfast items in a picnic basket,outside your door ,pastries yoghurts eggs,fruit juices etc,sam and her family are very friendly,lovely hosts,we will be going back,already booked for next year
There isn,t anything we didn,t like about B,s place,it is a lovely place to stay,couldn,t wish for anything better.

Breakfast was perfect, loved the little baskets outside the door with everything in.
Beds were super comfy and everything was clean and tidy.
The hosts were really friendly and welcoming, exactly what is wanted at a B&B :)
Nothing, we couldn't fault anything.
One of the best places we have stayed at and we will definitely be staying again if we visit Paignton.

The host was very welcoming and our room was really nice. The hamper for breakfast each morning with hot pastries was amazing and made a nice stay into a special stay.
The host has dogs so there is a faint doggy smell but absolutely none in the room at all so it didn't bother us and probably states in the booking info but I skimmed it. It did not impact our stay in any way at all.
