Hotel is ideally situated. The beach is 2 minutes up the road. Paignton shops, railway station and bus station are 5 minutes round the corner.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied. Had a lovely break.

I liked the pre arrival call to check time of arrival, also how the owner met me in the car park to assist parking, also everything was explained with patience! excellent service, easy check in and out.
Didn’t have time for breakfast but the re was a wide range of alternatives .
No lift however ok as only one night stop.
