Fantastic hotel, owner was lovely! Great nights sleep

We had a lovely room for us (couple), the owner even brought us an extra heater as it was due to be a cold night which was really sweet. The owner was so friendly and accommodating! I don’t normally sleep well at new places but we both slept like logs, the bed was super comfy and the whole place was quiet (we were away from the road) would 100% stay here again it was great! Very short walk from the pier / town too. Cooked breakfast was also lovely, with choices of orange juice/hot drinks/ cereal/ fruit on top.

Very comfortable enjoyable stay in a great location. Staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was really good. Very good selection. Quick service.

Unfortunately the bathroom was a little small but this did not affect our stay at all. It was functional and clean.

Exceptional nothing was too much we were even given a packed lug as we had to leave early as we had an 6-7 hour drive

This was our 3 rd time at the property and as all the other times it was lovely

Great value, great service and great location.

This hotel is in a great location and is a perfect base for visiting the surrounding attractions. The manager goes out of his way to provide excellent service and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice of full English or continental all served to a great standard. Perfect start to your day.

We had a sea view room which I found slightly noisy at night / early morning with traffic, compared to the previous room we had stopped in.

Wonderful weekend away.

Location is beautiful, friendly staff very comfortable. I would love to visit them again . Thank you 😊

It was all good , our room maybe not suitable for an under 5 but it wasn't a big problem we just had to keep an extra eye on our 2 year old with wardrobe and door , bathroom etc but generally you expect to a bit when you go away .

Close to the sea Very clean

We had a double room, which was ok except my husband it quite a big man and ensuite was very tiny, I’m only little but still not much room for me either . Parking is on a first come first serve basis which was fine for us but I would expect if B & B was full not enough parking spaces .

Location and staff excellent, but attention to the smaller details could be better

Staff were excellent, room was really clean with fresh towels every day and clean bedding on third day.

The bathroom was a little on the small side, the shower was very small, good job we were both under 12 stone. The curtains weren't very good in our room, couldn't close them properly.

Lovely place, nice host and staff we would recommend .

Good location, full breakfast and more, lovely manager could not do enough for us even offered food for journey home, my wife and I even had an upgraded room ground floor for free.room service available every day ,we did not need this so you changed the service you required on the door.? Our daughter and husband were VERY pleased with my choice of accommodation ,would definately stay here again. top marks from us all.

NOTHING anything we asked for Igon obliged. The hotel opposite had asylum seekers in so not to happy about this.? Igon did go over and have a word as 4;30 one morning a row broke out in the road.?

Superb

Location, very close to the beach. Free parking. Hotel is a bit dated, but for the price its worth it. Room was small, quiet. Breakfast was good, staff very nice. Would come back again.

Excellent host, Excellent service, cleaning comfortable. Ask for a table to work at laptop and host provide the table wich helped a lot. Nice view and close to amenities. Also plenty of car park on the back street .

Small glasses 🥂 for breakfast. I think they should be glasses for kids not for adults. If you thirsty you need to ask for 4-5 glasses to feel full . Except the glasses dimensions nothing really.

Enjoyable & comfortable from beginning to end.

The location was excellent close to the beach harbour & main routes. The hotel was clean & tidy and offered a wide choice of breakfasts. My room was a double size with very good facilities including an en suite bathroom and T.V.that worked!The service was both efficient & friendly. As I left early on my last morning I received a very nice packed breakfast that was appreciated. Altogether this is a hotel that really is good value for money! It also has a free car park- worth knowing these days!

location was excellent only a short walk to harbour shopping centre and the pier the owner was very helpful and couldnt do enough to make sure our stay was a pleasent one the room was modern and spotlessly clean bed was comfortable added bonus of 40"tv on wall breakfast was outstanding 10 out of 10

Comfortable and welcoming. perfect to attend sports event at Paignton Leisure Centre

Very warm welcome and attentive hosts. Comfortable facilities. Braekafst was good and with plenty of choice. Excellent location near /on seafront. \would definitely stay here again.

Bigger ensuite facilities would have been good but the ones provided werr perfectly acceptable.
