The Breakfasts were excellent, The sea view was a bonus as only booked late, Car parking was good and accessible.

It was perfect for every trip we wanted to go on. 5 minutes walk from Main Street shopping, cafes and restaurants , bus and train stations !
The Host and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the breakfasts were great ! The rooms were very comfortable and clean !
The stairs , but soon got used to them !

Location
Could do with updating ,floors could do with changing as carpet dirty , could do with wood floor easier to keep clean,as some people don’t resect the rooms, the deeds linen very clean, and towels, room tidied every day

Very average breakfast which had to be ordered day before via watsapp Entrance up top of steps ,only one.of double doors open bit of a balancing act to get in.Sea view obscured by contracters compound (working on sea front )
