The location was perfect for us. With a dog to exercise we were two minutes from the path to Cockington Country Park and minutes from the seafront. Our garden room was ideal for easy access with a dog and we were very comfortable.
Can’t think of anything

Lovely property and great location. Pool was a bonus for the kids too. Decent breakfast.
Room was small and the shower was in the bedroom and not in a separate room

Bit of pallaver ordering breakfast online booking said it was £10 but only continental so didnt book got there lisa said was cooked but price 10to 20 depending on what you had Need to choose night before so I ended up paying £ 10 for a tea glass of juice and bfast 1bacon 2 egss half tomatoe and a hash brown Need much clearer pricing I wasnt told price on ordering only on leaving !! Very odd and unnecessarily complicated
