Excellent seafront location, great value for money.
Very clean. I slept very well from 2100-0600.
Shower lacked pressure and wasn’t very warm

The host was very pleasant and very helpful.
The room was nice and big, and the balcony was excellent to sit on over looking the sea.
The location is great as it's right opposite the beach and pier.
The bathroom was a bit tight for space, but had everything needed in it.

I had low expectations of a £33 overnight stay in a single room and all were exceeded.
- A very friendly, personal welcome and subsequent interaction with one of the owners. It felt like nothing would have been too much trouble for them to make my stay a good one
- The room was clean with best possible use of the space - wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror included
- Very comfy bed
- ensuite also clean and the shower was warm
- tea and coffee making facilities - and even a biscuit!
- location was great, on the seafront
- parking onsite was available for a very reasonable additional charge - and well worth it.
This isn't a 5* hotel (in case that's what you're expecting from my ratings)
But it is an exceptional 3* one and from the plans the owners have before next season, I wouldn't be surprised to see it gain an extra *

Bed linen clean, towels clean, bed comfortable.
Curtains tatty, floor could do with a vacuum. Shower switch was jammed could not move it, so no shower
