Location was absolutely perfect 👌 literally a stones throw from everything you could need, Keith was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful, we will definitely return next summer ☀️
If I had to mention one tiny thing it would be that I have a very big fear of dogs and there were at least 2 at the property, HOWEVER id like to add they were locked away behind a stair gate so this wasnt an issue at all but if you don't like dogs maybe this isn't the property for you but this isn't a negative it's just a friendly mention 😁

Excellent stay in a perfect location.
The property is in an ideal spot, just a 4‑minute walk to the seafront when you turn right out of the front door, and around 5 minutes to the high street by heading left and left again. Parking is available only 2 minutes away. You’re close to everything but nicely set back from the main roads, so it stays peaceful and quiet.
Communication before arrival was great, and Keith and Margaret gave a very warm welcome. There were plenty of flyers for things to do, and they were full of helpful suggestions.
We stayed in Room 7, which had two single beds and plenty of space for the two of us plus two cases. The shower was powerful with lots of hot water, and having a fan and fridge in the room was a real bonus. Everything was spotless.
Breakfast was excellent, you can choose exactly what you want for a traditional cooked breakfast, with plenty of cereal options too. Overall, a really comfortable stay and fantastic value.
There was nothing we would change.
