Owners were very friendly, property was very clean and comfortable. It also had free parking. It was also close to the sea front and amenities.

Lovely quiet area but very close to the beach and town. On our arrival we were met by the host Hayley, who was very welcoming and friendly, where she showed us to our room.
The room was exceptional! I have never stayed in a room so well equipped, literally everything you could need...iron, ironing board, electric fan, alarm clock, hairdryer and even a hot water bottle for those colder evenings! Loved that there were also plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. The room was immaculate and there was an option to daily cleaning if so desired.
On checkout, we met Hayley's father, who I can only describe as a legend, such a friendly, funny and talkative character š
The Kingswinford guest house certainly provides.
This is absolutely no reflection on the hosts, as they cannot control the pesky seagulls, but they were rather loud in the mornings...we did have our windows open as it was hot during our visit.
