A traditional seaside guest house. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. The location was very good, being close to the beach, and only a short walk from the town centre shops and the railway station. Car parking was easy, adjacent to the hotel.
My single room, although very clean, had a persistent odour that may have been down to cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker this was an unpleasant aspect!

I use to live just opposite many years ago it was nice to see the hotel standers hasn’t changed staff still friendly and helpful plus was right across from Paignton green and beach plus close to shops and restaurants very clean.
The room was a little tight for as mum was in a wheelchair but I didn’t put that down when I booked as I’m sure the staff would of provided a big room.
