All aspects of the hotel were pleasing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were better than expected.
The only irritations were the selfish parking by some other guests taking up more than one space and on a couple of nights there was noise from motorcycles using the road in front of the hotel for speed runs.

Bed took up to much room in the bedroom, but very comfortable. No sockets at the sides of the bed.
Breakfast good, reasonable choice of food, service very good.
Evening meal on first night was very good and tasty. Meal on second night not so, the mains lamb we had was very tough and the greens were under cooked, but the starter and sweet very nice.
Drink prices at the bar were very reasonable.
Paignton itself, very run down, not much to do or see for our age group. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but will not be visiting Paignton again.
