The hosts are absolutely lovely, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely our morning chats with them after enjoying their amazing breakfast.
The bedrooms are also spotlessly clean and comfortable!
My family and I visit Paignton every year, and this was our first time staying here. Having stayed in several bed and breakfasts in Paignton over the years, I can honestly say this one is by far the best.
We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

Excellent communication throughout. I arrived around 10:45 AM and was able to drop off my luggage early—in fact, my room was already prepared, and Steve kindly carried my bag upstairs. The ceiling fan light was a lifesaver in the summer heat! The room was well-equipped with a mini-fridge containing fresh water, plus tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits that were replenished daily. Best of all, the location is unbeatable: just a 5-minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes to the beach. Highly recommended, and I would certainly stay again for future Paignton holidays.

Breakfast was adequate and tasty. Lots of choice.
Unfortunately as we booked late we had a room on the top floor. Managed but would have been easier on lower floor.
