Great location, clean, and the bed was so comfy had the best sleep.

Location was excellent, we had a lovely room with a balcony, and it was worth waking up extra early to watch the sun come up on the balcony, which had a table and two chairs, and same for the evening and enjoy the view. We had a full english breakfast in the morning, which was very tasty . The carnival was on while we were there. Which was great to watch. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The ferry from the harbour to Brixham with return for £12 each way was very good. We will deffernately return on our wedding anniversay next year.

Bed linen and towels very tired and worn. Coffee and tea facilities not good.
