The property was very pleasant and spotlessly clean. The hosts, Diane and Tommy were friendly, approachable and very welcoming.

It was clean with a nice comfortable lounge and comfortable room . Being allowed to take food in and use the dining area where they supplied plates for your use was good. The hosts were warm, friendly and very helpful with local knowledge. The location is great being close to rail/bus stations, town and seafront which are all accessed through the lovely Victoria Park. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from and cooked to a high standard
