No problems Liam was very helpful, breakfast and room were good . View from the room was a building site not beach huts as on booking .com
There was building rubbish in the car park as well as the pub next door . Quite a lot of local properties had rubbish In their gardens. Why.

The breakfast was great freshly cooked and the location was great
Unfortunately I booked the wrong room and I did not have the balcony, the view at the back was not great

Breakfasts were very good. Host very knowledgeable and helpful.
Location of Bayside is good.
The bed was uncomfortable.
No seating in the room is unacceptable.
The steps outside and the stairs inside are all difficult to negotiate , especially if elderly or disabled.
