Pleasant

the room included a parking place, which is rear and difficult to get in the area. the hotel is very close to the beach. even it is an old hoetl and no renovation was done for a long time, the ladies do great job with cleaning and keeping it tide.

there were some hard parting guests which didn't let us sleep (they were hearable both when around the pool during the night and through the walls when inside their rooms. good we stayed only one night.

quiet place, in peek time is ok.

in a room was strange smell, bathroom doors were from glass (not very confident about it), location far away from sunny beatch (on foot) but the bus stop is front of hotel. we have been 12/09-13/09, many things didn't work around.

they have a pool, friendly staff. nearly in the beach many parties are going on

Good

Spatious studio with a big balcony with sea view, comfortable bed, great positioning close to the beach. Free parking in front of the hotel. Although we did not use it, the pool seemed very nice. Nice little restaurant in front of the hotel, with good food, kind staff and 10% discount for hotel guests. One of the receptionists, the one who spoke English, was really friendly and helpful. The manager was helpful as well, once we got past the language barrier.

Not very clean. We wiped a few drops of sun cream that had fallen on the floor and the wet wipe we used came out black. We stayed for 5 nights, the room was only cleaned once and only because we requested it. That was also the only time when the garbage was taken out. We had to go down to the reception and ask for a new toilet paper roll, as it was never resupplied. The AC is very old and broke after the first night. The manager was prompt in fixing it, but even after this it struggled to lower the temperature in the room (it never went below 26°C, even after hours of running and being set at 22°C). The shower did not drain the first 2 days, but the manager helped us with this as well. It could be a great place to stay with these few improvements.

Perfect for a family.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Everything was close, the beach, many shops, downtown. The hotel had everything we needed, swimming pool, bar, shop, etc... The apartment was spacious, well-equipped.

Maybe the beds could have been more comfortable... :)

Great location, very close to the beach. Great value. The hostess was very friendly and helped with everything we needed. A bar near the pool is very convenient.

The stove is not working and there are no cooking appliances, so we had to cancel our plans to cook. Apartment was not the cleanest.

Exceptional

Good location close to the Beach and Beach clubs. Very helpful and kind staff. Spacious rooms. 24/7 just around the corner. Good food in the Bar.

Overall we enjoyed it a lot, the location and flat logistics were top notch.

Staff was extremly friendly and responsive. We asked to change our sheets because we prefer the cotton ones and they did, immediately. The location was great, right to Cacao Beach, 5 mins walking. The flat is well structured with 2 balconies so that you get sun and light all day long. Perfect for holiday at the sea.

Wifi very poor. On the laptop didn't even work. Also, reception wasn't 24h as advertised (no one there at 9pm) and few minor lackings like broken shower head and stained bedsheets. And for those who don't appreciate "oriental" music, the every day playlist from the bottom terase bar can become overwhelming.However, nothing major, great value for the money.
