Our two bed, two bathroom apartment was immaculate. The outdoor area was very clean and the pool was a really good size with plenty of sun beds. The food from the restaurant was nice but no entertainment at all at night. The small shop on the corner of the hotel is useful for drinks and snacks. The bus stop to Sunny beach and Neasebar was just around the corner as the hotel is in the middle of both ends and kiki beach is about a 10min walk. There is also a charge free cash machine 5 mins walk. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming.
The beds and pillows are very hard that would be my only complaint.

We loved staying at the Pollo Resort - the apartments are very clean and spacious with everything you need for your stay included. The resort itself is very clean with lots of sun loungers. The kids love the size of the pool. The food at the restaurant is beautiful, we ate there almost every evening (and most lunch times too). The staff are all very friendly and approachable - if there are any issues they are sorted out very quickly. This is our 3rd stay and we will definitely be going back again
Parts of the resort do need a bit of maintenance, but nothing major

Big, clean pool. The restaurant was tasty and staff nice.
The rooms are very hot with AC only being available in the living room where no one sleeps, the bedrooms were a sauna at night.
