I really liked the location and the excellent value for money. It is a small guesthouse with only a few rooms, which gives it a more personal and relaxed atmosphere. The host was also very attentive and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well with our trip.
The breakfast is simple rather than extensive, but it covers the basics: bread, butter, jam, yogurt, fruit, coffee and water. I also liked that the kitchen is available throughout the day, so you can help yourself to something whenever you want. Don't expect a full breakfast buffet, but I think it provides most of what you need.
I also appreciated that the room was cleaned every day during our stay.
The main downside is that there is no elevator, so you have to walk up two floors with your luggage. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you are traveling with elderly family members or anyone who has difficulty with stairs, it could be quite inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Catania! The location is absolutely perfect — right next to the theater and within easy walking distance of all the historic sights, yet tucked away on a charming, quiet piazza that guarantees a peaceful night's sleep. The continental breakfast was a lovely touch, with plenty of fresh fruit. Check-in was seamless, communication was smooth.There's also a bus stop to the airport just around the corner — about 15 minutes.We would definitely recommend it!
The furniture might be a little dated and the toilet occasionally makes a bit of noise.
