Incredible value for money. Just a few minutes to walk into town and plenty of good places to eat. We locked ourselves out right at the start and the kind staff sorted us out really cheerfully. Thank you.

Location
Overall, everything was fine. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and we were asked to pay an additional tourist tax in cash that was not included in the Booking.com rate.

The room is modern, comfortable and has everything you need. The staff is very kind and helpful. I told them the time of my flight and asked if they can send the info before my flight, just in case I do not have internet when I arrive and they sent it, which was very helpful. Also, they let us leave our luggage there during the day, since we had a night flight. The room is right in the center, like 5min walk to the center, a 10min walk to the bus station and like a 20min ride from the airport. If I go back to Catania, I am staying here again.

Great little apartments in a good central location. Very clean.
Cleaner was very friendly and the apartments were exceptionally clean. Great shower.
The one coffee pod per person provided was very nice.
Access arrangements were not communicated until a few hours before arrival, despite being promised the day before.
Twin beds were requested and the owner did not acknowledge or answer the request, then dishonestly said they had not had any communication from us (despite sending us a screenshot of the messages they hadn't received!).
Rooms were not made up when we arrived, which was after the stated check in time.
Owner was aggressive when discussing the mistakes in sleeping arrangements.
Listing is out of date. There is no breakfast, and there is no covid.
