The accommodation was easy to find, check-in was simple, and the room was perfect — spacious and clean. The location is great too, close to everything. after checking out, I realized I had left a few small items on the coffee table. I contacted the accommodation, and they found the items and handed them over to a friend of mine the next day. The items have sentimental value, so I can’t be greatful enough!
Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. But overall, that was fine too.

This B&B has an individual presentation not at all bland or anonymous. This shows in the displays of puppetry and the style of furnishings. The host is eager to help and enabled us to self-check in with full instructions to facilitate our journey and stored our luggage on the last day of our stay. There is a range of continental type breakfast choices. With experience of the area it becomes clear that it is ideally situated for the main tourist attractions of central Catania. It is housed within a traditional substantial terraced building and there are four guest rooms within the apartment.
Surrounding streets have all manner of eating options.
The listing referred to a kitchenette but it is unclear how much use guests could expect to make of this and breakfast was hosted. The room had a large comfortable double bed but storage was quite limited and so it seemed best suited to those travelling light. The ensuite was to a high standard with a shower area without privacy glass.

The location couldn't be better, just a few steps away from Catania's main sights. The railway station and the airport bus are also very close. The street has several great dining options. The BB is nicely decorated and feels welcoming. Our room was spacious and the balcony was a very nice plus. The lady handling the place was nice and helpful, too. If I'm coming back to Catania, I would definitely consider booking here again.
The breakfast is being served from 08:30 to 10:00 which is a little too late. We've decided to skip the breakfast altogether and just enjoy our coffee somewhere outside in the sun. So no big deal for us.
