Hotel má výbornú polohu, nachádza sa priamo v centrálnej časti mesta - na rušnej (nákupnej) ulici Via Etnea, ale poskytuje primeraný komfort. Dobrý pomer ceny a kvality služieb a vskutku ochotný a milý personál recepcie (nachádza sa o poschodie nižšie v inom hoteli); upratovanie a výmena uterákov každý deň. Raňajky v cene na základe poskytnutého voucheru - typické talianske - sladké, s výberom sladkého pečiva (croissant) a kávy.
Ruch z ulice do skorých ranných hodín a chýbajúca chladnička na izbe; taktiež zvuk pretekajúcej vody po spláchnutí WC bol rušivý najmä v neskorých nočných hodinách, inak čistota a vybavenie kúpeľne a toalety boli OK.

Good location and friendly/helpful staff.
It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The floors were not clean. There were exposed wires in the room (a danger when there are little children in the room who can touch the wires) and the ac didn’t work- these were both sorted when brought to attention of staff.
